As the premier advocate of the New Mexico Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Questioning (LGBTQ+) business communities, the New Mexico Out Business Alliance (NMOBA) is dedicated to advancing common business interests, economic growth, and workplace and societal equality. Our mission is to provide educational, networking, and community building opportunities to LGBTQ+ and allied members.


NMOBA actively supports certified LGBTBE diverse suppliers, facilitating connections to opportunities and assisting corporate partners in diversifying their supply chains. We offer the opportunity for businesses to obtain this FREE certification through the NGLCC.


As an affiliate chamber of both the National LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and the Western Business Alliance (WBA). Our association with these esteemed organizations enables us to foster business growth, networking, and personal and professional development.


By leveraging our shared membership, networking opportunities, and comprehensive programming, we aim to enhance business prospects for LGBTQ+ businesses and their allies, while fostering a more inclusive and dynamic economy in New Mexico.
